The additional services, which are most frequently asked for by our customers, are the cut-to-shape processing (in particular for the sector regarding the oil-pressure valve production) and some surface finishes (anodization) with decorative or protective purposes. However – thanks to our qualified partners – we can meet requirements of any kind, even if extremely complex, and deliver to your premises the product ready to be applied for further processing.

Of course the metal cutting and shaping can be carried out in many ways and with several different tools (such as by means of disc, water or laser instruments etc.) according to the materials used and to the relevant applications: in any case these operations are always carried out with the utmost precision to meet the requirements and the tolerances imposed by the following steps.

Moreover the cut materials, normally delivered to your premises, must be always in perfect conditions and free both from processing defects and from damages, scratches or other anomalies, which could compromise the final result.

So each single phase regarding the cut-to-shape service is directly carried out by Giada Metalli and completed by the use of special protective packages able to guarantee a safe transport, even for the smallest parts and for the most delicate alloys.
