Customers always require to solve a problem. Sometimes we can meet such a requirement in an easy way, that is supplying promptly the right quantity of materials at the right price...

But often the requirements of our customers are much more complicated. And at Giada Metalli, to do really a very good job, we have to avail ourselves of services and competences which go beyond the simple sale of metal products, in order to solve more complex problems.

  • a shorter delivery time, if compared with the one offered by their usual supplier
  • quantities of materials which are quite substantial
  • to find materials, alloys or special profiles
  • to replace an alloy (may be if not available) with another one having the same efficiency
  • a delivery to a specific destination or to a place not easy to reach
  • a custom-made cut or a special finish
Under all these circumstances the usual supplier could not be up to this job. But in some case the incapacity of meeting these requirements can determine the non-award of a contract or cause a delay in the delivery of the final product and these problems are really serious.
